Update on the full card of matchups for Martinsville. In the past, I have rated matchups from 1-5* with 5* being the strongest, but this year I have been keeping all plays a 1 thus far. Today I am going back to rating stronger plays. It is the first time all season I have seen great opportunity.

4* - Hamlin (#11) +100 vs. Elliott (#9)
3* - Harvick (#4) +110 vs. Bowyer (#14)
1* - Hamlin (#11) +110 vs. Logano (#22)

Not sure how I just double posted.

Hopefully, Bowyer not being full on fuel benefits us...waiting to see.

Bowyer just got lucky as hell with a caution as he would have had to pit under Green. And of course, Elliott gets the free pass. What a terrible time for a caution! Unbelievable.

And Hamlin, thanks to Harvick being an ass needs to pit again. Everything just went to shit.

If I did not have bad luck I would not have any luck at all. Hamlin had a Top 5 car all day. Everything going as planned until Hamlin battles with Harvick for 4th position and Harvick gets pissed and is the one driver all day who decided to short break and let Hamlin slam into the back of him. It caused enough damage that Hamlin had to pit twice and place him back to 15th with a car that was not quite the same. Of course on one of the very, and last cautions of the day Chase Elliott get the free pass and then is able to get around a wounded Hamlin. Freaking ugly day. So instead of winning 5 units on Hamlin, I drop 5. Big 10 unit change.

Took last week off. There was not much that I found compelling on the card and I was I having computer issues so I decided to listen to the NASCAR Gods and let the weekend go. From my leans, it appears to have been fortuitous. Back this weekend.
